Your responsibilities:

  • Support our account management teams in all day-to-day business operations
  • Research, request and compare offers from suppliers
  • Create best practice analyses
  • Prepare and maintain lists, running schedules and timings, administer databases
  • Help to create presentations in PowerPoint
  • Prepare and present content in a structured and results-oriented way
  • Develop new ideas within the events team and help to ensure a smooth project flow with best results

Your profile:

  • Studies in Business Administration, Communication Management or Event Management with an emphasis on marketing or similar
  • Interested in organization and management of events with a service-oriented behavior
  • Ability to proficiently use search engines (for online research)
  • Analytical thinking and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (PPT, XLS, Outlook)
  • First practical work experience (e.g. internships, apprenticeship)
