THE ROLE

Due to the on-going successes of one of our key accounts, we are now looking for an experienced, experiential Account Manager / Project Manager, to oversee and manage the delivery of a range of events, predominantly large exhibitions.

The candidate will report into the Group Account Director and the core role will see them responsible for day-to-day client liaison, pulling together all elements of event logistics and operations and ultimately for the smooth and profitable running of project delivery.

As the Account / Project Manager you will be required to:

  • Attend client and inter-agency meetings

  • Create key Account Management documentation – status documents, timing plans, cost estimates etc.

  • Oversee production and operations of projects

  • Liaise with and brief internal teams – creative, production etc.

  • Full logistics and activation planning of exhibition execution

  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers

  • Budget management and project profitability

  • Oversee event load-lists

  • Site visits

  • Oversee Account / Operations Executives and Interns

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates that have a minimum 4 years’ experience working within the events / experiential industry – with focus on an account handling and operations background. 

In particular, we are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and a proven track-record of delivering exhibition-based activations, as well as other large-scale events and roadshows.

Your profile:

  • Studies in Business Administration, Communication Management or Event Management with an emphasis on marketing or similar

Intern Brand Experiences

Automotive (m/f)

Frankfurt

During your time at zerotwonine you will be part of a project team that takes care of an international client from the automotive sector. You will learn more about the daily task of a project manager and you will support the on-site event team abroad (within Europe).

Your responsibilities:

  • Creation of presentations, running schedules and production plans 

  • Support of the on-site team abroad with guest handling and logistics management

  • Taking over responsibility for small projects during the on-site activation

  • Assistance for preparation of pitch presentations and client meetings

Your profile:

  • Student of business or communication management with an emphasis on marketing or event management or similar

  • Some experience in the hospitality, events or service sector

  • Work experience in event management and/or agency environment are of advantage, ideally within the automotive industry

  • Good English and German skills in spoken language and in writing, more languages of advantage

  • Excellent communication skills
