First award gives us a Serotonin boost
This year, zerotwonine was nominated twice for the annual European Best Event Award. In the categories Best B2B Event and Best Integrated Event, we competed with our project Wella TrendVision Monaco French Riviera 2014 against many strong contenders. With a very experiential and convincing live presentation, we were successful in securing first place in the category Best B2B Event.

Successful start of a new event series

With the first edition of “The Future of Technology and Jobs” in Berlin, zerotwonine has successfully kicked off a new event series for the British magazine The Economist. Targeting the generation of game changers and millennials, zerotwonine has built a platform where students and industry experts can exchange thoughts and discuss the impact of the future of technology on jobs and employees.
A second event will take place in Frankfurt this year.

029 maintained 12th place in W&V, Horizont and FAMAB rankings
The magazines W&V, Horizont, and our industry association FAMAB re-issued the event ranking by splitting up in- and outbound revenue.
Therefore, results of 2012 and 2013 are not comparable.
As 2013 was a quite an average year for the industry, 029 is especially proud that we kept our 12th place and managed to even increase income and agency size.

The ongoing success of 029 has called for a second home in Germany! The South of Germany will now also receive a dose of the unique passion and expertise of 029. 029 brings Down Under to the Hessentag
This year, Hessen's oldest and largest state festival "Hessentag" received a taste of Down Under with a fun "Aussie" promo executed by 029. Complete with surfboards, sun-loungers, a truck with partner branding (DM) and traditional Australian elements, the promo area invited guests to kick back Aussie beach-style and also find out more about the products. Promoters sampled over 3000 samples of the 4 Minute Miracle Hair Mask and took over 1000 Polaroids (distributed in customized Aussie frames) of old and new Aussie fans.

This year's hair&beauty/Hairworld trade fair and world championships were a homecoming for Wella. Taking place so close to Wella's origin Darmstadt, the 3-day-event in Frankfurt, Germany called for a special program and - of course - celebration.
029 was tasked with the complete planning and execution of the 2000 sqm+ fair booth as well as all side events such as the opening of the Wella World Studio in Frankfurt, the ITVA (International TrendVision Award) at Hairworld, the gift.ed experience for top Wella educators, a brand evening event for Sebastian as well as an unforgettable Tropical Baroque night for Wella's DACH customers. After an exciting few days of interaction, information, inspiration, and entertainment for the brand, we were proud, thankful, and sure of one thing - Hairworld rocked!

029 shows how to break the ice with customers
To support the re-launch of the Mexx Ice Touch fragrance in an innovative way, 029 came up with a cool idea - literally. Executed within the framework of an internal meeting, the project surprised and excited the Mexx staff with a simple idea: winning tickets - frozen into a massive block of ice - and the fun challenge of carving, melting, picking, and smashing to claim their prize.
029 makes Christmas a bit more charming
To mark the Christmas period with a special promotion as well as inspire customers to purchase Hugo Boss fragrances online, 029 developed an engaging and premium advent e-calendar. With the help of brand ambassadors Gwyneth Paltrow and Ryan Reynolds, users learned interesting facts about the iconic fragrances of Hugo Boss and got special Christmas offers.

"MA* teilt”, a charity foundation of all MA* tenants initiated by Ardi Goldman, collected 19,300 EUR in donations going to organizations like Bärenherz Stiftung, Franziskustreff Stiftung, Die Arche, Frankfurter Kinderbüro, and AIDS-Hilfe Frankfurt.

Event agency ranking W&V and HORIZONT
According to the W&V magazine, 2012 was a tough year for most of the German event agencies. However they seem to be in good mood and so are we. This week we have more than enough reason to smile at 029.
W&V and HORIZONT, the leading advertising papers, have released their annual rankings and we are proud and thankful to have placed twelfth in this nationwide top 20 of experiential agencies.

Wella - The Art Of Color
029 realized another 360 degree event concept for Wella Professionals. At the Wella Art of Color event which took place at four different venues in Berlin, an inspirational media launch for Wella’s new product line COLOR.ID was created and nestled into Berlin’s eclectic art scene. The product presentation, the event venues, and the event program delighted the attending international media representatives and sustainably introduced the new product line. Case "Wella - The Art of Color"
Euromaster and 029 teamed up for a truly experiential national conference.
From June 12 to 13, 400 executives from all over Germany gathered at the Speyer Technik Museum for Euromaster’s national conference. The focus was set on the central question whether and how to break from old patterns and discover new, innovative ways. 029 was responsible for the experience-oriented implementation of the program throughout all touch points and also for program execution, video production, location management, travel services, technology, and project documentation.
After clients like P&G, Liebeskind Berlin, Pringles, BMW, Deutsche Bank and Wella Professionals, zerotwonine has won another significant experiential customer with Euromaster.

029 has planned and executed a two-day trend workshop for Wella Professionals at Soho House, Berlin. The participants -- top international stylists from 11 countries -- dived deep into international trends and developed numerous creative assets that brought to life trend worlds for every season, e.g. moodboards, trend movies, documentary videos and country clips.
029 takes over partnership management of BMW i. BORN ELECTRIC TOUR
The focus of BMW i BORN ELECTRIC TOUR is the new understanding of “premium” as a new definition of sustainability. Visitors can experience the new sub-brand BMW i and its concept prototypes live and learn more about the innovative mobility concepts of BMW i. The BMW i BORN ELECTRIC TOUR is comprised of seven destinations: Düsseldorf, Tokyo, New York, London, Paris, and Shanghai.
Within the framework of this tour, experiential marketing experts zerotwonine have taken on “BMW i lifestyle”, selecting numerous local “Good Goods” partners which offer sustainability in the areas of design, fashion, architecture, ideas and urban development.
After successful tour stops in Rome, Düsseldorf, and Tokyo the BMW i BORN ELECTRIC TOUR made its stop in New York from the 12th to the 18th of November 2012. The event in New York succeeded in fascinating celebrities such as Uma Thurman, Foursquare founder Dennis Crowley and Pete Cashmore from Mashable, and also the gathered creative and media scene.

Pringles Flavor Beats – Beatbox Tour 2012
Pringles loves music! So they decided to team up this summer with Beatbox Battle and hit the road to find the best talent in Germany and Austria.
The tour travelled to 5 cities with Mr. P and his team to share the summer vibes. Frankfurt, Munich, Dresden, Hamburg and St. Pölten all got the chance to show off their beats while the crowd snacked on their favorite flavor of free Pringles.
The competition was tough, but Bee Low and his team of judges had a tough time choosing the winners, but we have 5 finalists getting their delicious beats ready for the Beatbox Battle World Championship happening on the 1st of December in Berlin. Pringles will be sponsoring the event.

Driving GUCCI fragrances forward at Istanbul airport
With a unique in-store set-up featuring a GUCCI design Fiat 500 model, a customer raffle, pop-ups, and flyers, 029 drew attention to the GUCCI fragrance portfolio at Istanbul airport and attracted close to 1,000 participants, mostly from Turkey, Azerbaijan and Russia. The promotion was linked to a purchase of one of the GUCCI fragrance portfolio.
The activation was the first to be organised by an international company at Istanbul Ataturk Airport with the participation of both Turkish and international candidates.
Pringles sponsors Beatbox World Championships 2012 in Berlin
The 3rd Annual Beatbox World Championships took place in Berlin this past weekend and Pringles was there to sponsor the competition, support the competitors and dish out crisps to nervous beatboxers and an excited crowd.
Contestants came from as far as New Zealand to showcase their skills amongst nearly 100 beatboxers from 52 countries. Such an international mix meant that the championship was watched via livestream by 100,000 people across the globe within the first hour of going live on the Internet.
The competition was intense, but at the end of the day it was Skiller from Bulgaria who was crowned world champion in the male division with his unrivalled speed and skill. The female title was awarded to Pe4enkata, also from Bulgaria.

Liebeskind Berlin: How can a bag personify the vibe of an entire city?
On the 31st of March 2012, the first Liebeskind shop in Paris opened its doors. zerotwonine was onsite and orchestrated the opening complete with welcome gifts, a handbag sweepstakes (the chance to win a bag from each of the seven collections) as well as serving up currywurst, Berlin’s infamous flair and an amble dose of positive energy.

After the legendary Pringles Summer CI 2011 season, zerotwonine and Pringles are teaming up again to further amp up the European summer music festival circuit this year during the months of July and August.
